WHAT TO EXPECT

1 Request an Estimate: I will then contact you to set up an on site estimate. During your estimate, I will walk your property, talk about materials, specific measurements, listen to your requests and your vision for the design of the project. Once we have discussed all the needs for the project I will then work up a cost estimate/contract based on the specifications and send it to you for approval.

We do FREE on site estimates within Missoula, MT. If your property is outside of Missoula city limits there is an on site estimate fee of $100, payable at the time of the walkthrough and will be deducted from the total cost of the job if Mammoth Fencing is hired to complete the project, otherwise the fee is non-refundable.

2 Installation Scheduling: After you receive your estimate, if you wish to move forward with your project we will schedule a start date. Although it's preferred you are on site to answer any questions, it's no problem if you can't be home during the installation/remodel, as you are not required to be on site. We try to stay as on track as we can, but sometimes weather or work related delays can occur. These set dates may change accordingly.

3 Signed Agreement: You will sign and send back the estimate/contract. Upon receipt, I will gather a deposit and all documents for the project, and we will then start the scope of work.

4 Installation Day: While we strive to arrive at the scheduled time every time, we respectfully ask for grace when our crew arrives at a different time due to unexpected delays. In general, our crew arrives in the morning between 7:00-10:00am. Once your project is complete, we will contact you to ensure quality and job satisfaction.
